Confirm with a deposit
A 25% deposit secures your guides and stay partners. The balance is due a week before departure after a final weather check-in.

Cancellation & weather
- Full refund up to 21 days before departure.
- 50% refund between 20 and 7 days, with option to reschedule once within a year.
- If weather prevents departure, we pivot to a lower altitude itinerary or issue a credit note for future travel.
